Process Narratives - Read the first few pages of chapter 9 aloud. Look at how the text is organized. Begin by giving the process, step by step. Deviate from the process to dive into the story. The story and the process are woven together.
Work on your questions and reading for chapters 7-9 (July-September).
Homework
Read chapter 9 and do study questions. Ch. 7-9 reading and questions due on Friday.
Work on recipe narrative drafts. Due Monday. You should have a minimum of 3 pages handwritten. (This would generally equal 1 1/2 pages typed.)
